The company aims to raise Rs 41.50 crore through a fresh issue of 47.71 lakh equity shares. The IPO opens for subscription on August 22 and closes on August 26, 2025, with shares to be listed on NSE&#8217;s Emerge platform on September 1. GYR Capital Advisors serves as the book-running lead manager and MUFG Intime India as the registrar. The company plans to use proceeds for capital expenditure on plant and machinery, repaying borrowings, and funding working capital. Classic Electrodes operates two manufacturing units in West Bengal and Haryana with combined capacity of 10,608 MT of electrodes and 8,600 MT of MIG wires annually.
