Total income increased to Rs 7,691.65 crore from Rs 6,557.40 crore in the previous year&#8217;s April-June quarter. The non-banking financial company filed updated draft papers for an IPO valued at $2 billion (Rs 17,200 crore), which would value the company at around $11 billion. The IPO comprises 47.58 crore shares with 21 crore fresh shares and 26.58 crore shares through offer for sale. Tata Sons will sell 23 crore shares while International Finance Corporation will divest 3.58 crore shares. Tata Sons currently holds 88.6% stake and IFC owns 1.8%.
